The Firm

L'Abbate International Law Firm starts from the idea of its founder, Avvocato Francesco Maria L'Abbate, who wanted to gather the best young lawyers in every branch of Law, reuniting them in a professional association to guarantee the highest standard in the juridical services. The requisites of morality, ethic and deontology are strongly considered in the Firm's policy as in the choosing of its collaborators, to ensure the respect of the primary characteristics of the legal profession.
The Firm has its main offices in Calabria, in the South of Italy, being also present in the rest of the national territory as well as abroad, with the possibility of easily and effectively managing both Italian and International legal matters.
The Firm guarantees legal support in both litigation and extrajudicial matters, also cooperating with few selected and specialized professionals, each one experienced in the relevant field.
Amost all the lawyers speak fluent English, to guarantee easy dialogue and relationships with non-Italian subjects; they also have excellent computer skills, to ensure quick communications and a modern and dynamic management of the problems.
In the Firm's idea there is an individual, personalized and easy approach to matters, to protect the clients' interests at the best with their active participation.
Even if in Italy it's not obligatory, the Firm is covered by a professional indemnity insurance, approved by the National Ordine degli Avvocati.
